Today is the first sunny day ... then we're back to rain. Luckily all the rain is prohibiting me from winterizing my veggie garden (something I'm not looking forward to doing). The rain is helping me to procrastinate at least. ;)<br />As for soup recipes, since the cooler weather has hit us here I've had a hankerin' for some soups too. I made a roasted butternut and sweet potato soup yesterday which was good but I think I'll add some tweaks to it to improve it.
